Following the successful export of its parking lithium batteries,Guangxi Jieshi New Energy Co., Ltd. has once again achieved a significant milestone in overseas markets—its independently developed tropical-adapted car emergency start-up power battery has recently made its official entry into the Thai and Malaysian markets. Thanks to its optimized design tailored for hot and humid tropical climates, the product has already secured 300 orders from local automotive aftermarket chain brands within just two weeks of launch, establishing itself as a standout, high-quality domestic emergency power solution in Southeast Asia—a rare and highly competitive option in the region.
To adapt to the tropical climate of Southeast Asia, this export-version emergency power bank has undergone several targeted upgrades. First, at the cell level, it features a "high-temperature-resistant electrolyte formulation," raising the cell’s maximum temperature tolerance to 70°C—preventing performance degradation caused by electrolyte breakdown in hot environments. Second, the device boasts a waterproof and moisture-proof housing design with an IP65 protection rating, effectively safeguarding against humidity brought on by Southeast Asia’s frequent rainfall. Additionally, the exterior surface is coated with an anti-UV layer to minimize aging caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. Finally, an integrated "intelligent cooling fan" automatically activates when the battery temperature exceeds 45°C, rapidly dissipating heat and ensuring consistent, reliable power output under all conditions.
In practical applications, after continuously starting a 12V gasoline car 15 times in Bangkok, Thailand’s hot and humid environment of 38°C with 85% humidity, the battery temperature rose only to 42°C—well below the 55°C limit typically seen in conventional emergency power supplies. Additionally, during testing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s rainy season, the battery remained fully functional even after being splashed with rainwater, completely alleviating local users’ concerns about "electrical safety in damp conditions."
In terms of functionality and compatibility, the product supports dual specifications for starting both 12V gasoline vehicles and 24V diesel vehicles, making it suitable for mainstream household sedans, pickup trucks, and small vans in Southeast Asian markets. Additionally, it comes with multilingual (Thai, Malay, and English) user manuals and operation guides, ensuring ease of use for local customers. Regarding after-sales support, Guangxi Jieshi New Energy Co., Ltd. has partnered with automotive service providers in Bangkok, Thailand, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, establishing localized service networks to offer a 1-year warranty and a hassle-free 7-day return/exchange policy, effectively addressing overseas users' concerns about post-purchase support.
The head of Jieshi New Energy's overseas market strategy stated that Southeast Asia is a key region for the company’s global expansion. Launching these emergency backup power batteries into international markets marks an important step in the company’s "comprehensive strategy to bring all-new energy products overseas." Looking ahead, the company will continue developing more localized products tailored to the specific climate conditions and driving habits of different countries, gradually increasing its presence in overseas markets.
