Guangxi Jieshi New Energy Launches Highly Compatible Lithium-Battery Powered Parking Air Conditioners, Solving the Power Supply Challenges Faced by Freight Drivers

Recently, Guangxi Jieshi New Energy Co., Ltd. has launched a new high-adaptability lithium-battery-powered parking air conditioner specifically designed to address the pain points of power supply for freight vehicles. With its flexible compatibility, ultra-long battery life, and exceptional safety and stability, the product has quickly garnered attention from logistics companies and truck drivers, offering an efficient solution to power needs in long-haul freight operations.
According to reports, Guangxi Jieshi New Energy’s newly launched lithium-ion battery for parking air conditioners represents a major breakthrough in compatibility. The product is compatible with more than 95% of mainstream parking air-conditioner models on the market—whether they are roof-mounted, side-mounted, or split-type—and can be installed directly without any complex modifications, significantly reducing both installation costs and time for drivers. In terms of capacity, the battery is available in two specifications: 7.2 kWh and 8.5 kWh. The 7.2 kWh version supports continuous operation of the air conditioner for 10 to 14 hours, while the 8.5 kWh version boasts an even longer runtime of over 16 hours, fully meeting freight drivers’ needs for sustained cooling and heating during overnight rest periods or extended stops along long-haul routes.
To ensure stable operation under extreme conditions, this lithium battery is equipped with a “dual-temperature-control system” independently developed by Guangxi Jieshi New Energy. In low-temperature environments, the system automatically activates the heating module, maintaining a discharge efficiency of over 90% even at -30°C and thereby eliminating the severe winter-range reduction seen in conventional batteries. In high-temperature environments, a multi-layer cooling architecture works in tandem with an intelligent temperature-control algorithm to keep the battery’s core temperature below 45°C, effectively preventing performance degradation and safety risks caused by overheating.
In terms of safety performance, this product is equipped with a next-generation intelligent BMS battery management system that features eight comprehensive safety protection functions, including overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. The system continuously monitors the battery’s status, provides timely alerts, and automatically disconnects faulty circuits. In addition, the battery casing is made from high-strength, flame-retardant materials and has undergone rigorous testing—including drop, compression, and puncture tests—to establish a robust safety barrier for the battery during transportation.
“We conducted in-depth field visits to more than 20 logistics hubs across the country and gathered feedback on the needs of over a thousand freight drivers. This product was developed precisely based on real-world application scenarios,” said the head of Guangxi Jieshi New Energy Technology. Currently, the product has been put into trial use by logistics companies in Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, and other regions, with overwhelmingly positive user feedback. Moving forward, the company will continue to refine the product based on user data and introduce additional lithium-battery solutions tailored to different vehicle models and operational environments.
